I'm a lifelong storyteller through a variety of media. As an Emmy and Murrow Award-winning journalist, marketing professional, personal essayist and MFA in Writing candidate, I've worked in digital, print, radio and television. In addition to freelance work, I'm currently writing a memoir.
In my marketing efforts, I promote the accomplishments of colleges and universities. My creative nonfiction explores family dynamics, LGBTQ+ life, grief and aging, among other topics. As a full-time journalist, I focused on the arts, social justice, health/mental health and cultural trends.
